Yes, customization is possible in terms of colors, adding sleeves and other minor customization. For additional customization, you can email at prashantikumardesigns@gmail.com. However there is an additional 10% charge for Bust Sizes XL and above.

We generally keep a 6" margin in all our custom made outfits. Usually, the measurements are accurate and the alteration is quite minimal. However if anything comes up we would be happy to assist you

We have NO RETURN/NO EXCHANGE policy. It is advised to check for your size requirements before you make a purchase order. Only exception is in case of fabric defect. Damage due to shipping is not covered under this policy.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at prashantikumardesigns@gmail.com
